  • Returns and Guarantee Policy: All customers who order Sierra Life Sciences products directly from this Site are entitled to a 100%, 30-day, money-back guarantee on their initial product order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return the product within thirty (30) days for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
  • Refusal of Return: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been significantly depleted (more than 50% used) or if damage occurred after delivery due to improper storage. To initiate a return, please email cs@sierralifesciences.com.

  • C. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Sierra Life Sciences harmless from any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the products in a manner inconsistent with the labeling.

VI. Specialized Account Provisions & Subscriptions

  • A. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • B. By enrolling, you authorize Sierra Life Sciences to charge your saved payment method at the frequency selected. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.  No Obligation: You can pause or cancel at any time via your My Account page.
    • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date.
    • Manage: You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to manage your subscription after your first order.
