Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order

Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States — no minimum order. Your shipping options are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing & handling

  • Orders are packed and shipped from our Santa Rosa facility on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • If there’s ever an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll email you.

Delivery

  • United States: delivery times depend on your location and the carrier service shown at checkout.
  • Outside the United States: please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and delivery options for your country.

Tracking your order

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a little time to update after the carrier picks up your package. You can also see every order and its tracking link in My Account.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection can be added at checkout. If a protected order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we’ll send a replacement shipment for orders up to $150. Shipping Protection provides a replacement only — it does not provide refunds — and it does not cover orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Incorrect addresses & returned packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we’ll arrange to reship it; additional shipping charges may apply.

Arrived damaged or not what you ordered?

Contact us with your order number and a quick photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically each month on your renewal date and follow the same processing times.
